Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses for infrastructure projects (roads, highways, bridges, utilities, and site development).
- Review and interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing and scope coverage.
- Conduct market research and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations for competitiveness and compliance.
- Lead and mentor junior estimation staff, providing technical guidance and quality review.
- Collaborate with design, planning, procurement, and project management teams for accurate and cost-effective bids.
- Participate in tender strategy meetings and contribute to risk assessment, value engineering, and pricing methodologies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in pre-contract estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis for civil infrastructure.
- Proficiency in estimation tools such as Candy / CCS / CostX and MS Excel.
- Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documents effectively.
Other Key Considerations:
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC construction projects preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
