Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
1. Project Manager
- Lead overall execution, coordination, and monitoring of site activities.
- Ensure timely completion, resource planning, and adherence to quality & safety standards.
- Liaison with client, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
2. Planning / Billing Engineer
- Prepare project schedules, track progress, and generate planning reports.
- Work quantification, preparation of RA bills & verification of subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with site & accounts teams for cost control and timely billing.
3. Site Engineer
- Supervise PQC, DLC, and pavement works as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure compliance with safety & quality norms.
- Coordinate with QA/QC & survey teams for accurate execution.
4. QA/QC Engineer – Pavement & Concrete Works
- Handle quality control of PQC and concrete materials.
- Conduct tests, maintain records, and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Work closely with site & laboratory teams for inspections and approvals.
5. Surveyor – Total Station & Auto Level
- Responsible for setting out, leveling & alignment of pavement and taxiway works.
- Maintain accurate survey data and assist in quantity verification.
- Support site & planning teams in layouts and measurements.
6. Site Supervisor / Foreman – Civil Execution
- Manage day-to-day site activities and workforce.
- Ensure execution as per drawings and safety guidelines.
- Maintain strict quality & productivity standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering or relevant field)
- Experience: 3 – 15 years in Road, Pavement, or Airport Infrastructure Projects
- Preference: Candidates with airport project experience will be prioritized.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of PQC, DLC & rigid pavement construction.
