Available Positions:
Position: Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Contracts
- Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Qualification: PG / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Contract Analysis & Compliance: Review and analyze contract documents, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project continuity.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with clients, manage claims, and support smooth project execution.
- Contract Development & Negotiation: Draft and negotiate contracts defining project scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to align project objectives.
Essential Skills
- Contract Administration: Strong understanding of contract laws, FIDIC, and GCC.
- Project Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
- Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, financial tracking, and cost control.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving project-related challenges.
