Position Details
- Position Title: Quality Assurance Manager
- Project: VDCR Package-B Project, Goregaon, Mumbai
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years overall, with at least 10 years in QA of civil bridge/interchange works
- Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with ≤ 30 days notice period
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement QA Policies
- Establish and execute comprehensive QA systems, testing, and inspection procedures.
- Ensure consistent quality control throughout all project stages.
- Lead and Manage QA Team
- Supervise and mentor QA personnel.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee Quality Control & Testing
- Monitor all testing activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Verify that materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze quality metrics, identify improvement areas, and prepare performance reports.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards and codes.
- Issue Resolution
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement corrective measures.
- Collaboration
- Coordinate with design, construction, and procurement teams to achieve quality targets.
- Continuous Improvement
- Recommend process optimizations to enhance quality and reduce risks.
- Audit Management
- Conduct internal audits and support external inspections, maintaining proper QA documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in Quality Assurance for bridges and interchange projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in Design & Build Civil Works preferred.
