Job Details:
- Position: Assistant General Manager – Regulatory & Product Stewardship
- Function: Research & Development
- Location: Taloja, Mumbai
- Experience Required: 10–12 years
- Educational Qualification: Master of Science – Technology
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor global chemical regulations and manage chemical data for multilingual customers.
- Ensure accurate and compliant preparation of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and labels in multiple languages.
- Ensure full compliance with REACH and other international chemical regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare and submit registration dossiers; maintain effective communication with regulatory authorities.
- Track updates from the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and provide strategic insights to the management team.
- Support product stewardship activities related to epoxy resins and formulations.
- Stay up to date on RoHS, EHS, and other international environmental and safety regulations.
- Provide internal training on REACH and regulatory compliance to scientific staff.
- Liaise effectively with business units in Thailand and manage external consultant costs.
