Job Details:
- Position: Assistant Manager – Employee Retirals
- Job Location: Ahura Centre, Andheri (Mumbai)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
- Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years in HR operations with a focus on retirals, PF, and compliance.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Employee grievance handling
- Provident Fund (PF) and Pension Management
- National Pension Scheme (NPS)
- Superannuation and EDLI claim processing
- MIS reporting & compliance
- Process improvement and vendor coordination
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage PF, pension, and higher pension claims at RPFC Kukatpally, including KYC updates and compliance activities.
- Oversee monthly PF contributions, new joiner validations, and loan processing under the UTCL Trust.
- Handle the NPS lifecycle via NSDL, including exits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
- Administer superannuation schemes, coordinate with LIC, and resolve employee claims.
- Manage EDLI claims, Sodexo benefits eligibility, order processing, and reporting.
- Lead process improvements, ensure timely vendor payments, and support audits and statutory inspections.
