Ancient Builders Constructions LLC

1 . Project Manager

• Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience as a construction project manager
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Responsibilities: Oversee every phase of a construction project, ensure completion within the timeline and budget, and have an in-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

2. Procurement Engineer-Civil

• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in overall procurement in building construction
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Responsibilities: Prepare proposals, request quotes, negotiate purchase terms and conditions, issue purchase orders and agreements, monitor supplier performance, analyze industry trends, and support senior management with sourcing strategies.

3. CIVIL Engineer

• Experience: 4-8 years of experience in building construction and villa projects
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Responsibilities: Apply construction and design skills, ensure project compliance with quality standards, and contribute to the successful completion of building and villa projects.

4. HSE Engineer

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in building construction
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Safety
• Responsibilities: Review project documents for HSE requirements, develop site-specific HSE plans, liaise with regulatory authorities, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations.
