We are currently expanding our operations in Guyana (South America) and seeking a seasoned professional to take charge of our RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) Plant operations.

Current Opening:
- Position: RMC Plant Incharge (Commercial RMC Business)
- Location: Guyana, South America
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred)
Extensive experience in:
- RMC operations
- Crusher units
- Civil project management
Strong leadership and expertise in:
- Plant operations
- Business development
- Project execution
- Marketing, finance, supply chain management (SCM), and technical services
- Experience: 15+ years in relevant fields
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead complete RMC plant operations (production, batching, quality control, dispatch, and maintenance)
- Ensure safety, statutory, and environmental compliance
- Monitor raw material inventory and streamline procurement
- Maintain high-quality production through testing and process improvements
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and resource optimization
- Manage manpower planning, training, and performance development
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Prepare operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for senior management
- Lead troubleshooting and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support business expansion through efficient multi-plant operations management
