- Experience: 20 years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Expertise: 15+ years in building project management
2. Architect
- Experience: 20 years
- Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture
- Expertise: 15+ years in architectural design
3. Structural Engineer
- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering
- Expertise: Structural design and implementation
4. Hydraulic Engineer
- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Water Resources or Hydraulics
- Expertise: Hydraulic systems and water resource planning
5. MEP Expert
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Expertise: MEP systems design
6. BIM Engineer
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Certification: BIM, GIS, and CAD
- Expertise: BIM modeling and coordination
7. Instrumentation & Control Automation Engineer
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: B.E. in Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Expertise: Automation in infrastructure projects
8. Quantity Surveyor
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Expertise: Quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
9. Planning cum Contract Engineer
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Expertise: Project planning and contract management with 5+ years in similar capacity
10. Safety Engineer
- Experience: 10 years
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering
- Expertise: Safety implementation in infrastructure with 5+ years of relevant experience
