GR Infraprojects Limited is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Senior Manager / AGM (Tender) to join our team at our corporate office in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in tender estimation, costing, and project management within the road and railway tunnel sector. Role: Senior Manager / AGM (Tender)

Qualifications Required:

  • Diploma in Civil / B Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience Required:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Road and Railway Tunnel projects


  • Corporate Office, Gurugram

Job Responsibilities:

1. Tender Estimation & Costing:

  • Conduct detailed estimation and costing for tenders.

2. Identification & Study of Tenders:

  • Identify relevant tenders and thoroughly review the PQ criteria.

3. Study of Tender Documents:

  • Prepare a tender synopsis and establish a responsibility matrix.

4. Pre-bid Site Visit:

  • Conduct site visits prior to bid submission to gather necessary information.

5. Prepare Pre-bid Queries:

  • Develop queries for pre-bid meetings and attend these meetings for clarifications.

6. Identification and Discussion with Pre-bid Consultants:

  • Engage with pre-bid consultants, especially for EPC tenders.

7 Quantity Takeoff:

  • Perform quantity takeoff for EPC tenders.

8. Floating Enquiries:

  • Solicit quotations, conduct negotiations, and prepare comparison statements.

9. Prepare Costing:

  • Develop direct and indirect cost estimates in alignment with tender requirements.

10. Documentation for Tender Submission:

  • Ensure technical and financial documentation is accurate and complete for tender submission.

11. Trends of Past Bids:

  • Analyze trends of previous bids and conduct competitor analysis.

12. Preparation of Post-bid Cost Estimate:

  • Develop post-bid cost estimates and budgets.
