Job Details:

- Experience: 18-25 years in legal and liaison roles, particularly in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaison & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary contact between the project team and external stakeholders, including government officials, landowners, community representatives, and utility providers.
- Build strong relationships with local communities to facilitate smooth project execution and address any concerns or issues raised by local stakeholders.
2. MIS & Reporting:
- Identify potential project-level or local risks and suggest early mitigation plans.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and the VP of operations on any issues that could impact project execution.
3. People Management:
- Promote the growth and development of direct reportees through on-the-job learning and opportunities to shadow experienced team members.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Must be a law graduate with a strong track record in securing approvals and permits for large-scale projects.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, government approval processes, and compliance standards in the construction industry.
