Job Details:
- Position: Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Structures (Building)
- Location: RLDA – New Delhi Railway Station (NDRS) Project
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all structural works for station buildings and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure execution, quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with design, planning, and execution teams.
- Maintain full compliance with RLDA and IRSDC standards and guidelines.
- Provide leadership to site teams and ensure resource optimization.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in complex or high-rise building structures.
- Strong preference for professionals with railway infrastructure project experience.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced infrastructure environment.
