Job Details:
- Position: AGM / DGM – Structures (Building)
- Location: RLDA – New Delhi Railway Station (NDRS) Project
- Experience Required: 15+ Years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AGM/DGM – Structures (Building) to take charge of structural works related to buildings and associated infrastructure at the NDRS project, one of India’s most iconic railway redevelopment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of structural works for station buildings and supporting infrastructure
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards
- Coordinate effectively with design, planning, and execution teams
- Ensure compliance with RLDA and IRSDC regulations and technical specifications
- Lead onsite engineering teams and subcontractors for optimal project outcomes
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in high-rise or complex building structures
- Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or railway building projects preferred
- Proven track record in leadership, project execution, and team coordination
- Strong understanding of technical standards, drawings, and regulatory compliance
