Position: Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Senior Engineer
Department: Contracts
Qualification: B.Tech./ B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering. NICMAR qualification will be preferred.
Experience: 4-10 Years of Relevant Experience (Preferred Road Projects Exposure)
No. Of Openings: 1
Job Location: Ganga- Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹4,80,000-₹15,00,000 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Study of Contract Documents and Preparation of CAD.
- Interpretation of Contractual Provisions.
- Drafting of Contractual/Regular Correspondences.
- Identification and Notifying Force Majeure Events and Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT).
- Preparation of Change of Scope Proposals (COS).
- Document Management.
- Risk Assessment related to Contract Agreement.
- Preparation of MPRS and MIS reports.
- Should be handy in Software knowledge like MS Excel / MS Word.
- Knowledge of Dispute Adjudication Process (DAB/DRB/ARBITRATION).
