- Experience Required: 3+ Years
- Qualification: MBA (HR)
- Salary Range: ₹4 – ₹7 LPA + Perks & Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate pre- and post-Background Verification (BGV) for new hires
- Draft and manage HR documentation (offer letters, transfer letters, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth HR operations
