Open Positions:
1. Electrical Engineer
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial experience
- Relevant Experience: At least 2-3 years in reputed and large Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer Plants
2. Electrical Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial experience
- Relevant Experience: At least 2-3 years in reputed and large Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer Plants
- Alternative: Non-Diploma candidates (Minimum Science Graduate) with 10+ years of industrial experience in electrical jobs in reputed Oil & Gas plants can also apply.
3. Senior Electrical Technician
- Qualification: ITI in Electrical Trade from a recognized institute
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of industrial experience
- Relevant Experience: Reputed and large Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer Plants
- Alternative: Non-ITI candidates (Minimum Class 10 pass) with 10+ years of industrial experience in electrical jobs in reputed Fertilizer and Petrochemical plants can also apply.
4. Mechanical Rotary Engineer
- Location: Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd., Haldia, West Bengal
- Position: Mechanical Rotary Engineer
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of rotary equipment in Refinery, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical plants. Turnaround maintenance experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repairs, and overhauling of rotary equipment
- Ensuring proper functioning of Pumps, Compressors, and Blowers
- Diagnosing equipment issues and implementing solutions to minimize downtime
- Implementing preventive maintenance strategies
- Collaborating with teams to maintain safety and efficiency
- Documenting maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with standards
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in maintenance and overhauling of centrifugal, reciprocating, screw-type pumps, compressors, and blowers
- Experience in Extruder maintenance (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with vibration analysis and performance monitoring
- Deep knowledge of safety protocols in hazardous environments
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
5. Mechanical Static Engineer
Location: Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd., Haldia, West Bengal
Position: Mechanical Static Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of static equipment.
- Supervise Hydrotesting, re-tubing, and insulation works.
- Collaborate for safe and efficient shutdown operations.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
Educational Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 5-10 years in maintenance of static equipment in Refinery, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical plants.
- Turnaround maintenance experience is mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Heat Exchangers (Fixed & Floating Head), Plate Heat Exchangers, and re-tubing.
- Bundle pulling & insertion, Hydro jetting cleaning, fabrication, and erection.
- Column and Vessel maintenance, Hydrotesting of vessels, and PSV calibration.
- Heater maintenance and insulation works.
- Safety protocols including hot works, work at height, and PPE use.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
