1. Executive Assistant to Business Head (Real Estate)

  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Qualification: MBA/Postgraduate or any other related field
  • Experience: 5-10 years

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, including conference room booking, AV setup, and catering.
  • Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

2. General Manager, Business Development (Real Estate)

  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Qualification: MBA/Postgraduate or any other related field
  • Experience: 18-22 years

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential development sites, investment opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market data to make informed decisions about property acquisitions, sales, and partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends and economic indicators that could impact the real estate market.
  • Business Development and Client Management:
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, real estate agents, and government officials.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential deals and partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
