1. Sales and Marketing Executives
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Graduate degree required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Well-presented and professional demeanor.
- Experience in sales, after-sales administration, and marketing coordination.
- High proficiency in computers and internet applications.
2. Site Supervisors & Site In-Charge
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Should have relevant on-site supervision experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Civil Engineers
- B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Must be capable of managing construction sites, teams, and project execution.
4. Legal Advisor
- Extensive knowledge in drafting, reviewing, and vetting property-related agreements (sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, etc.).
- Familiarity with RERA compliance, stamp duty, registration, and other statutory formalities.
- Strong legal understanding of agricultural land laws, 7/12 extracts, CIDCO, NMMC, SRA, and MAHADA regulations.
- Excellent writing skills, professional mannerisms, and etiquettes.
