Job Details:
- Position: Assistant / Junior Billing Engineer – Contractor Billing
- Job Location: Site Office – Banswara, Rajasthan (Preference will be given to candidates with Rajasthan domicile)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing running bills to the client based on work completed
- Liaise with clients to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Prepare, review, and verify subcontractor bills and invoices
- Coordinate with the finance department for billing and payment processing
- Handle variations and change orders, with proper documentation of scope, schedule, or budget changes
- Address and resolve client queries related to invoices and payments
- Prepare and manage official letter correspondence
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant or Junior Billing Engineer
- Proven track record in contractor and client billing
- Experience in multiple drinking water supply projects preferred
