- Qualification: MBA / PGDM / Master’s in Planning
- Experience: 15+ years
- Requirement: Must have consultancy or transaction advisory experience in industrial, urban, or infrastructure projects.
2. Financial Expert
- Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 10+ years
- Requirement: Expertise in feasibility studies and project structuring for real estate, industrial, social sector, or infrastructure projects.
3. PPP Expert
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM / M. Planning / M.Tech / Master’s in Public Policy
- Experience: 8+ years
- Requirement: Must have structured PPP projects, with at least one successfully implemented PPP model in the last 5 years.
4. Infrastructure Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) or M.Tech (Road/Transport/Highway Engineering)
- Experience: B.Tech – 10+ years | M.Tech – 8+ years
- Requirement: Experience in design and execution of roads, buildings, and structures in large infrastructure projects.
5. Architect / Urban Planner
- Qualification: B.Arch or M.Arch
- Experience: B.Arch – 9+ years | M.Arch – 6+ years
- Requirement: Design and planning experience in large infrastructure development projects.
6. Real Estate Expert
- Qualification: MBA / B.Tech / B. Planning

- Requirement: Experience in real estate strategy, industrial planning, or infrastructure assessments.
7. Senior E&M Expert
- Qualification: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years
- Requirement: Expertise in building E&M services – fire safety, lifts, HVAC, and electricals in infra/real estate projects.

- Qualification: LLB or Law Graduate
