We are seeking a Planning Manager with extensive experience in airport terminal construction to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious project and contribute to shaping India’s aviation infrastructure.
Position: Planning Manager for Airport Terminal Building
- Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10 to 20 Years
- Location: Shirdi, Maharashtra
Job Description:
- Experience in the construction of Airport Terminal Buildings.
- Preparation of master schedules, monitoring progress, and highlighting critical activities to the Project Head in a timely manner.
- Preparation of zero budgets and tracking costs.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera and MSP.
- Coordinating with design consultants, site teams, in-house teams, clients, and PMC teams.
- Raising indents and following up on a timely basis.
- Preparation of DPR, WPR, MPR and tracking monthly targets.
- Monitoring progress and setting targets for the site team and subcontractors.
- Attending meetings with clients and consultants.
- Assisting the billing team in identifying extra items.
- Coordinating with vendors for QAPs, manufacturer clearance, and delivery to the site.
- Contract management, including documentation of EOT (Extension of Time).
