- Qualifications: First Class Mines Manager (Coal)
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in Coal Mining Projects
- Preferred: Exposure to Greenfield Projects
- Location: West Bengal
2. Head – Land Acquisition (DGM/GM) – Mining Projects
- Qualifications: LLB
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in land acquisition for Mining Projects
- Location: West Bengal
3. HR (GM/AVP) – Mining
- Qualifications: MBA in HR
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in HR/IR functions within the Coal Mining Industry
- Preferred: Experience in Greenfield mining projects
- Location: West Bengal
4. DGM/GM – Merger & Acquisition
- Qualifications: CA/CS
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Iron & Steel, Manufacturing, or Mining Industry
- Preferred: Experience in NCLT matters, mergers, and company integration
- Location: Kolkata
5. Head – Aluminium Marketing
- Qualifications: MBA in Marketing/Sales
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Aluminium Foil business with a strong background in brand awareness and market research
- Key Responsibility: Achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets
- Location: North India
