Position Details
- Job Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee (Electrical/Instrumentation)
- Locations: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
- Department: Service/Maintenance
Job Description
- Understand hardware and software aspects of PLC systems
- Identify and understand the functionality of basic electrical and electronic components
- Work with digital tools such as computers/laptops, programming boards, and perform software updates
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly project activities
- Generate and compile data; update field-related data in the system
- Submit reports on time and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics & Communication
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years in service or maintenance (elevator or similar industry preferred)
Skills Required
- Good understanding of electrical schematics and software upgrades
- Strong communication skills
- High aptitude for learning and willingness to travel extensively
- Goal-oriented and self-driven
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using Schindler applications for reporting and tracking
