1. Land Buyer
- Location: Head Office
- Experience: 2–5 years in land acquisition, real estate, or property development (preferred)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Requirements: Strong knowledge of private land acquisition processes OR Understanding of real estate laws, land use regulations, and entitlement processes
- Preference: Immediate joiners
2. Store Keeper – OHE Project
- Location: Daspalla, Purnakatak
- Experience: 2–3 years in CHE store or railway project
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Key Responsibilities: Inventory management and material records for OHE (Overhead Equipment) OR Knowledge of railway/OHE project operations preferred
- Preference: Immediate joiners
3. Payroll Executive
- Location: Head Office
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll processing
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Requirements: Good knowledge of ERP systems and payroll compliance
