Position Details:
- Designation: Deputy General Manager (Contracts & Legal)
- Experience Required: 8–10 years (in similar field)
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) + LLB
- Location: Jaipur / Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong command over English for drafting contractual correspondence with clients and sub-contractors.
- Liaison with clients to resolve contractual issues and provide effective problem-solving.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing sub-contract agreements, ensuring alignment with legal and corporate standards.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with vendors and sub-contractors for optimal contractual outcomes.
- Coordinating with project, procurement, and finance departments for smooth contract execution.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation for all contracts.
- Monitoring and evaluating sub-contractor performance to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
