1. Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – F&A
- Education: B.Com or Semi-qualified CA.
- Experience: 8–10 years in the real estate sector.
- Location: Head Office, Connaught Place.
2. Engineer – QS/Billing
- Education: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Skills: Construction, Quantity Surveying, Billing, DPR preparation, Estimation, and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
- Experience: 6–7 years in real estate projects.
- Location: Head Office, Connaught Place.
3. Architect Coordinator
- Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch).
- Skills: Drawing coordination, working with consultants and project teams, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Experience: 12–15 years with consultants or real estate builder organizations.
- Location: Anant Raj Estate, Sector 63, Gurugram.
4. Manager – Land
- Education: Any graduate.
- Skills: Liaison with government authorities such as DTCP, HUDA, MCG, DHBVN, and the Forest Department. Expertise in documentation.
