We are inviting qualified and experienced professionals to join our team for this prestigious project in Zambia (Central & Muchinga Provinces).

1. Resident Engineer (Supervision & DLP – 42 Man-Months)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil/Highway Engineering (Higher qualifications an advantage)
Experience:
- 10+ years in road design & construction
- Resident Engineer in at least 3 similar road projects in the past 10 years
- 5+ years in road supervision with asphalt in Southern Africa
- FIDIC or equivalent contract procedures experience
- Registered with EIZ/Eng.R.B or similar
- Strong English language skills
2. Assistant Resident Engineer (Supervision – 36 Man-Months)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil/Highway Engineering
Experience:
- 8+ years in pavement and road engineering
- 5+ years in construction site works
- Expertise in soil/materials testing
- Registered with EIZ/Eng.R.B or similar
- Strong English language skills
3. Materials Engineer (Supervision – 36 Man-Months)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil/Highway Engineering
Experience:
- 8+ years in pavement construction and materials
- 6+ years in road construction materials technology
- Registered with EIZ/Eng.R.B or similar
- Experience in Zambia preferred
- Strong English language skills
4. Surveyor (Supervision – 36 Man-Months)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Geomatic Engineering or Land Surveying
Experience:
- 7+ years in highway topographic surveys
- 5+ years in field surveying in developing countries (preferably Southern Africa)
- Registered with EIZ/Eng.R.B or similar
- Proficient in survey software
- Strong English language skills
5. Measurement Engineer (Supervision – 36 Man-Months)
- Qualification: Graduate Engineer
Experience:
- 5+ years total experience, 3+ years in road works measurement for interim/final certificates
- Familiarity with standard methods of measurement in road projects
6. Environmental Specialist (Supervision – 10 Man-Months)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Environmental/Natural Resource Management
Experience:
- 7+ years in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
- 5+ years in environmental management in developing countries (preferably Southern Africa)
- Experience in Zambia preferred
- Strong English language skills
7. Sociologist (Supervision – 10 Man-Months)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Social Sciences (Postgraduate preferred)
Experience:
- 10+ years in social assessments & resettlement plans
- 5+ similar projects, familiarity with GBV/SEA and labor influx
- 3+ years in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
8. Inspector of Works (Supervision & DLP – 39 Man-Months)
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil/Highway Engineering
Experience:
- 10+ years in road construction supervision
- Quality control and drainage, stabilization, and bituminous surface treatments
- Registered with EIZ
- Strong English language skills
9. Materials Technician (Supervision – 36 Man-Months)
- Qualification: Certificate in relevant field
Experience:
- 6+ years in soil/material testing (lab and field)
- 5+ years in road construction materials testing
- Registered with EIZ
- Strong English language skills
