Aditya Birla Chemicals is looking for dynamic and motivated engineering graduates to join as Trainee Engineers. This opportunity offers exposure to key functions such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility, Mechanical Maintenance, and Safety. Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month structured training program and, upon successful evaluation, will be placed in technical roles across our business units located in Maharashtra and other states. Candidates with 6 to 24 months of full-time post-graduation experience in manufacturing units and a B.E./B.Tech degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview:
