- Qualification: Master’s in Management, Development Studies/Practice, Social Work, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in project management OR At least 4 years implementing government schemes/projects

2. Senior Project Officer – Development & Project Management
- Qualification: Master’s in Management, Development Studies/Practice, Social Work, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management OR Minimum 2 years working on government schemes/projects OR Expertise in any of the 10 thematic development sectors

3. Senior Project Officer – Communication
- Qualification: Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years total experience OR At least 2 years in IEC (Information, Education, Communication) programs with Government/NGOs/International organizations

4. Senior Project Officer – Public Procurement
- Qualification: Master’s in Management, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related fields
