1. Project Manager
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 years
- Key Requirement: Proven experience in township development
2. Billing / Quantity Surveying (QS) Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Key Requirement: Relevant experience in building township infrastructure
3. MEP Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Key Requirement: Practical knowledge and project exposure in MEP systems
4. Civil Supervisor Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Key Requirement: Supervision experience in civil works
5. Civil Site Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Key Requirement: Must have hands-on experience in township infrastructure such as roads, sewerage, drainage, and water supply
