Open Positions and Requirements
1. Team Leader cum PPP Expert
- Qualification: B.Arch / B.E. from a recognized university or institution
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of professional experience
- Requirement: Proven leadership in at least 10 eligible assignments, including either: 2 building projects (₹100 Cr+ each), or 2 cultural/recreational projects (₹50 Cr+ each)
2. Financial Analyst
- Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
- Requirement: Worked as Financial Analyst in at least 5 eligible large infrastructure assignments
3. Legal Expert
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
- Requirement: Served as Legal Expert in at least 5 assignments involving major infrastructure or cultural/recreational projects
4. Technical Expert
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
- Requirement: Acted as Technical Expert in at least 5 large building or cultural infrastructure projects
5. Urban Planner
- Qualification: Architect from a recognized university/institution
- Experience: Minimum 7 years
- Requirement: Involvement in at least one urban development project, preferably valued at ₹50 Cr or more
