1: Civil Engineer – Structure
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–7 years in structural execution
- Location: M2K Olive Green, Sector 104, Gurugram (Project Site)
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in structural execution of residential/township projects
- Day-to-day supervision, planning, and monitoring of structural site activities
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards during structure work
- Knowledge of RCC, shuttering, steel work, and concreting practices

2: Civil Engineer – Finishing
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–7 years in finishing and handover execution
- Location: M2K Olive Green, Sector 104, Gurugram (Project Site)
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in finishing materials and execution: tiling, painting, POP, MEP, wooden work, etc.
- Experience in site management for low-rise/high-rise residential, commercial, or institutional projects
- Planning, supervision, and coordination of all finishing activities until handover
- Expertise in managing internal and external finishing works with quality control
