- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory
- NICMAR / RICS preferred
2. Quantity Surveyor
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 6–10 years
- Additional Requirements:
- Experience in Villa and High-Rise Tower projects preferred
3. Cost Control Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil
- Experience: 3–5 years
- Additional Requirements:
- Experience in Villa and High-Rise Tower projects preferred
4. Design Coordinator / Sr. Architect
- Qualification: B. Arch
- Experience: 12–15 years
- Additional Requirements:
- Experience in Hospital projects is mandatory
