Open Positions:

1. Senior Manager – Construction & Monitoring

• Vacancies: 01
• Location: Project Site

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate in Construction/Project Management or PMP preferred
• 10–15 years’ experience in supervision of flexible/rigid pavement works
• Proficiency in Power BI and construction billing
• Must have supervised 100+ km reconstruction projects
• Deep understanding of IRC/MoRTH standards
• Familiarity with InvIT/BOT/TOT models

2. Highway Engineer

• Vacancies: 02
• Location: Project Site

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
• 6–8 years of experience in highway rehabilitation (flexible & rigid pavements)
• Experience in quantity verification, quality control, RA billing
• Strong MS Office skills
• Knowledge of IRC/MoRTH standards
• Exposure to InvIT/BOT/TOT preferred

3. Structure Engineer

• Vacancies: 01
• Location: Project Site

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
• 8–10 years in structural rehabilitation and repair works
• Familiarity with NDT, RE walls, bearing repair, etc.
• Must have experience with quality checks and RA bill processing
• MS Office proficiency
• InvIT/BOT/TOT experience preferred

4. Lab Technician / Engineer

• Vacancies: 02
• Location: Project Site

Eligibility:

• Graduate (any stream) or Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
• 5–6 years’ experience in highway material testing (bitumen, mix design)
• Knowledge of IRC, MORTH, IS Codes
• Capable of data analysis and MS Office
• Experience with lab equipment and result interpretation

5. Maintenance Engineer

• Vacancies: 01
• Location: Project Site, Rajasthan

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech. (Civil) with 5+ years OR Diploma (Civil) with 8+ years of experience
• Experience in highway maintenance and NSV, FWD testing
• Must have handled 100+ km of routine maintenance
• Familiar with RA billing, MS Office, and construction techniques

6. General Manager – Techno Commercial

• Vacancies: 01
• Location: Delhi

Eligibility:

• B.E./B.Tech. (Civil)
• 10–20 years of techno-commercial experience in EPC/Infrastructure/Construction
• Strong in procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost control
• Preferred: Experience with digital procurement tools
