Hiring for GM / AGM – HR
Location: Corporate Office, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Recruitment & Selection processes to fill project openings in a timebound manner
- Build and strengthen the organization for future growth
- Oversee statutory compliances including PF, ESI, labour licences, returns, and registers
- Handle labour-related cases and legal matters
- Manage salaries, payroll, and compensation structures
- Oversee general administration functions
Candidate Requirements
- More than 15 years of experience in HR
- Strong background in hiring and building teams for highway projects within deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws
