Role Description

Support core HR functions including:

• Recruitment & onboarding
• Employee engagement & event management
• Attendance tracking & HR database management
• Compliance assistance (PF, ESIC)
• Training coordination & feedback tracking

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in any stream (HR specialization preferred)
• Good communication skills & street-smart attitude
