Job Details
- Position: QS / Billing – Manager
- Project: GMLR Twin Tunnel Project, Goregaon, Mumbai
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. (Civil)
- Experience: 12–15 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for Tunnel Projects
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantity take-offs for client and subcontractor billing.
- Ensure timely raising of client bills and realization of payments.
- Review subcontractor bills and forward to HO for processing as per TAT.
- Assess additional variations, deviations, and claims with proper backup.
- Prepare monthly cost vs. value reports and material reconciliation.
- Possess strong knowledge of rolling margin, rate analysis, BOQ, and BBS.
- Ensure RA bills, estimates, and variations comply with project requirements.
