Job Details:
- Position: Deputy Manager – Planning & Monitoring (Project Control)
- Division: Transportation Infrastructure
- Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
- Education: B.Tech – Civil / M.Tech – CPM / PGP & ACM
- Experience: 8–10 years in transportation infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Controls Lead in project scheduling, contract administration, resource allocation, and tracking for Roads, Railways, and Metro projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules from pre-construction to completion for assigned project clusters.
- Ensure accurate budget monitoring and reporting, aligning projects with approved schedules and budgets.
- Define baseline schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate with Project Heads and Operations Head to forecast and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Conduct variance analysis and adjust forecasts based on performance.
- Identify cost variances and recommend corrective measures to maintain budget and profitability.
- Prepare real-time dashboards showing project status on cost, time, and quality.
- Track and evaluate change requests, assessing impact on schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Support risk management framework implementation across all project phases.
- Monitor risk factors and suggest strategies to mitigate potential impacts.
