Job Details:
- Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – QS & Billing
- Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad
- Experience Required: 15+ years
- Qualification: B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct design review meetings in collaboration with Sr. Architect and other teams.
- Work with Design & Development Department for timely drawings; freeze Tender/GFC drawings with Sr. Architect.
- Finalize Mivan formwork design with vendors and coordinate shop/modulation drawings.
- Assist Head QS in ratification of non-tender items; perform rate analysis and support rate finalization.
- Negotiate and finalize Work Orders/Subcontractor Orders during execution.
- Track budgets and work orders in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate with Contractors & Execution teams for valuation, certification, and final bill preparation.
- Prepare BOQ in collaboration with Design team.
- Ensure material take-off from BOM during execution stage.
- Track quarterly budgets with site QS.
- Support vendor empanelment for special packages (hardscaping, soft scaping, interiors, claddings, artworks).
- Monitor contractor billing certification activities as per organizational norms.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for timely vendor/contractor payments.
- Provide support to commercial & purchase teams on BOQ and contract administration.
- Maintain BOQ, billing, invoices, and documentation database.
- Lead MIS development and leverage ERP for efficient QS reporting.
