Open Positions & Requirements
1. QS Billing Engineer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience/Skills:
- Evaluate project drawings and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Manage project risks and support execution within financial constraints
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors
2. Quantity Survey Engineer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Experience/Skills:
- Support cost control measures and track actual costs
- Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Work closely with project teams, cost consultants, and stakeholders for efficient budgeting, cost estimation, and reporting
3. Project Planning (MEP – Electrical)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience/Skills:
- Experience in electrical design, support, or execution within construction or real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, industry standards, and safety regulations
4. Assistant Manager – Purchase & Store
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Business, Purchasing & Supply, or MBA preferred
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as Assistant Purchase Manager in hospitality
Role Overview:
- Lead procurement for a premium hospitality operation (55 rooms, F&B restaurants, banquets, sports club, 9-hole golf course)
- Ensure cost-effective sourcing, process integrity, vendor reliability, and quality assurance
- Implement policies aligned with operational and audit standards
