• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in construction site projects (Structural Engineering background preferred)

2. Project Coordinator (Civil) – 2 Posts

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 10 years on construction sites (Structural Engineering background preferred)

3. Civil Engineer – 3 Posts

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 7 years on construction sites (Structural Engineering courses preferred)

4. Civil Engineer – QA & QC – 1 Post

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in quality assurance and quality control

5. Site Supervisor – Civil – 1 Post

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years on construction projects

6. Interior Architect / Designer – 1 Post

• Qualification: B.Arch in Interior Design / Urban Planning / Urban Design
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in interior planning, project coordination, and maintenance. Regulatory knowledge required

7. Mechanical Engineer – 5 Posts

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction and development projects

8. Electrical Engineer – 3 Posts

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years including electrical, IBMS services, and project execution

9. MEP Engineer – 4 Posts

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

• Qualification: 12th Pass, Technical/Trade Certification in HVAC or Mechanical Systems
• Requirement: Valid HVAC Technician License (if required by jurisdiction)
