Job Details:
- We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Fire & Safety
- Location: Gurugram
- Experience: 5+ years
- Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure (high-rise buildings: Residential, Business, Mercantile, Assembly, Industrial, and Mixed Occupancies)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure fire safety compliance across Group standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in fire safety performance improvement and integration of best practices
- Monitor action tracking and closure from internal/external audits
- Prepare periodic reports and analyses for corporate forums
- Conduct fire incident investigations as required
- Support Business Units during HOTO on system acceptance testing
- Carry out fire safety inspections and audits
- Monitor fire safety training database and minimize gaps between required and actual trainings
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech (Fire) or Pass in Membership Examination of IFE (UK) or Bachelor’s in Science with Sub-Officer Course from National Fire Service College (Nagpur)
- Working knowledge of active and passive fire protection systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, fire suppression systems, deluge systems, water spray systems, smoke management, pressurization systems, fire-fighting vehicles, and fire stations as per NBC India / Indian Standards / NFPA codes
