Open Positions
1. Sr. Manager / AGM – Substation Civil Design
Qualification: ME / BE (Civil)
Experience: 15–20 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in substation civil and structural engineering, including foundation design in EPC environments.
- Hands-on experience with STAAD Pro, RCDC, and other industry-standard software.
- Exposure to project tendering, planning, coordination, and compliance with international standards.
- Strong leadership and client management skills.
2. Substation Civil Design Engineer
Qualification: ME / BE (Civil)
Experience: 5–15 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Design and analysis of RCC and steel structures for power substations.
- Expertise in bid preparation, technical consultation, and use of structural design software.
- Understanding of international design standards and EPC project requirements.
3. Sr. Manager / Manager – Substation Electrical Design
Qualification: ME / BE (Electrical)
Experience: 10–15 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in AIS & GIS EHV Substation Design.
- Strong knowledge in Secondary & Procurement Engineering within EPC environments.
- Experience in tendering, planning, and coordination with adherence to industry standards.
- Strong communication and networking skills for client and stakeholder management.
4. Substation Electrical Design Engineer
Qualification: ME / BE (Electrical)
Experience: 5–10 years
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in EHV Substation Design (Primary & Secondary).
- Practical exposure to Power System Studies using ETAP.
- Experience in at least one complete substation or switchyard project.
- Strong understanding of electrical calculations, procurement, and design documentation.
