1. Assistant Manager – Sub Contract
- Experience: 5–8 years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- Location: Head Office, Raipur
- Project: National Highway
- Role: Implement and ensure all agreements are reviewed and handled as per project contract management process.
2. Manager – Tender & Bidding
- Experience: 10–15 years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- Location: Head Office, Raipur
- Project: National Highway
- Role: Should have knowledge of tendering, estimation, and costing of projects.
3. AGM / Sr. Manager – Planning & Monitoring
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- Location: Head Office, Raipur
- Project: National Highway
- Role: Develop, monitor, and execute project plans, ensuring scope, budget, and quality compliance.
4. Engineer / Sr. Engineer
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- Location: Head Office, Raipur
- Project: Coal Mines
- Role: Coordination between site and Head Office.
5. Sr. Executive – Procurement
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
- Project: National Highway
- Role: Coordination between site and HO, managing procurement processes efficiently.
6. Project Manager – Highway/Structure
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
- Project: National Highway
- Role: Manage highway construction projects, ensure timely execution within budget and quality standards.
7. AGM / Sr. Manager – Planning & Monitoring
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
- Project: National Highway
- Role: Develop and monitor execution plans for highway construction and maintenance.
8. Manager / Sr. Manager – Survey
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
- Project: Highway Project
- Role: Manage all surveying activities, data collection, analysis, and ensure accuracy in project surveys.
9. Manager / Sr. Manager – Quality Control
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)
- Location: Kuru Site (Ranchi, Jharkhand)
- Project: Highway Project
- Role: Oversee material testing, quality control, and adherence to project specifications.
10. Sr. Executive – Procurement
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Hathibena Site (Orissa)
- Project: National Highway
- Role: Manage stores and materials at the site effectively.
