As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must have prior experience in executing at least 40% of the project length in 2/4/6 lane road projects.

1. Team Leader cum Senior Highway Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering + Post-Graduation in Management/Construction/Transportation/Highway/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Total 14 years; 9 years as TL; EPC – 2 projects; Construction Supervision – 4 projects; O&M – 2 projects.
2. Resident cum Highway Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering + Post-Graduation in Transportation/Highway/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering.
- Experience: Total 16 years; 10 years as RE; EPC – 2 projects.
3. Bridge/Structural Engineer
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering + Post-Graduation in Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Total 14 years; 10 years in Design/Construction Supervision; 4 bridge projects; 3 R&R projects; 2 modern bridge projects.
4. Senior Pavement Specialist
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering + Post-Graduation in Transportation/Highway/Pavement Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Total 15 years; 10 years in Construction Supervision; EPC – 2 projects.
5. Senior Quality/Material Expert
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering + Post-Graduation in Geotechnical/Foundation/Soil Mechanics/Rock Mechanics.
- Experience: Total 14 years; 8 years in Construction Supervision.
6. Road Safety Expert
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering + Post-Graduation in Traffic/Transportation/Safety Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Total 14 years; 9 years in Major Highway Projects; 4 projects in Design Audit; 3 projects in Black Spot Improvement; 2 projects in Road Safety Management for Urban Highways.
