Job Details:
- Position: Civil Quality – Site
- Location: Sierra Leone, West Africa
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (full-time from a recognized institute)
- Experience: 8+ years for Degree holders
- Preferred Sector: Industrial site civil work
Role Summary / Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Project Quality Plans (PQP)
- Developing and executing Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Conducting surveillance inspections and quality checks
- Identifying and closing non-conformances
- Coordinating inspections with site teams and consultants
- Monitoring and managing repair statistics
- Ensuring compliance with project quality standards
