3. Senior Engineer
- Qualification: BE / DCE – Civil
- Experience: 10–12 years (Finishing / RCC Buildings / Industrial Construction)
4. Senior Engineer / Engineer – Quality
- Qualification: BE / DCE – Civil
- Experience: 3–12 years (Construction Industry)
5. Site Engineer – Civil / MEP
- Qualification: BE / DCE – Civil
- Experience: 6–10 years (Finishing / RCC Buildings / Industrial Construction)
6. Quantity Surveyor – Estimation & Costing / Billing
- Qualification: BE / DCE – Civil
- Experience: 4–12 years (Estimation, Costing, Client Billing)
