Common Requirements:
- Relevant Engineering / Surveying degree (B.E./B.Tech; M.Tech preferred)
- Hands-on experience in industrial / EPC projects (mining, power, infrastructure)
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards
- Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera P6 / MS Project, SAP (if applicable)
- Strong English (written & spoken); French is a plus
- Willingness to travel / relocate within Central Africa
