Open Positions & Details (Without Headings)
1. Senior Manager – P&M
- Positions: 2
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 10–14 years
- Key Exposure: Large highway projects
- Role Includes: Deployment, maintenance, and utilization of plant & machinery, control of operating costs (repairs, spares, fuel), and coordination with site teams, procurement, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations.
2. Senior Manager – Liaisoning
- Positions: 2
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 10–14 years
- Role Includes: Liaisoning with NHAI, government departments, and statutory authorities; handling approvals, permits, land acquisition, ROW clearances, and ensuring timely coordination to avoid project delays.
3. Manager – Planning & Billing
- Positions: 2
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10–14 years
- Role Includes: Project planning and scheduling, preparation of progress reports, RA bills, client billing, variation claims, reconciliation, delay analysis, and progress monitoring. SAP working knowledge is mandatory.
4. Assistant Manager – Accounts
- Positions: 4
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 6–9 years
- Role Includes: Site accounting, vendor bills and payments, expense control, GST & TDS compliance, audit support, and coordination with HO finance team. SAP working knowledge is mandatory.
5. Deputy Manager – HR & Admin
- Positions: 2
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR
- Experience: 10–14 years
- Role Includes: Project-based HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory and labor law compliance, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and complete site administration including accommodation and transport.
