- Experience: 15+ Years
- High-rise building project exposure mandatory
2. Manager – Waterproofing
- Experience: 13+ Years
- Expertise in high-rise waterproofing systems
3. Sr. Engineer – Waterproofing
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Hands-on experience in high-rise projects
4. Engineer – Finishing
- Experience: 5 Years
- Strong finishing works knowledge in high-rise buildings
5. Junior / Senior Engineer – Finishing
- Experience: 3+ Years
- Site execution experience in finishing works
6. Supervisor – Civil
- Experience: 2–10 Years
- High-rise civil execution experience
7. Foreman – Steel
- Experience: 6+ Years
- Steel works supervision in high-rise structures
8. Labour Mobilization Officer
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Manpower planning & labour coordination
Important Notes
- MIVAN experience in high-rise buildings is mandatory
- Infrastructure, irrigation, or conventional project experience will not be considered
